Currently, development packages are grounded in a commitment to amplify the rights, expanding the choices and reinforcing capabilities of all humanity across the globe. Accountabilities are expected from governments for these purposes through generating the enabling economic, social, political and legal environment within which all humankind can develop their knowledge, skills sets and practice to participate fully in community endeavors. This applies to both girls and boys irrespective of their geography, ethnicity or other status.

Since United Nations and African Union systems also meet accountability for ensuring that, all possible aid is granted to governments, nongovernmental and or civil society organizations to ensure their key resolutions for development plans benefit the most marginalized and those especially in hard to reach, whatever the reason. This means that, adolescents and children whose rights at risk are centered. With the double disadvantages of discrimination against their teen status, marginalized youths of Madi sub-region are placed by poverty and illiteracy behind the civilization gate as they transition into adulthood. All the underprivileged teenagers and women will benefit if systems and sectors are transparently capacitated with good will to deliver services.

As one of the poverty ridden communities, FYMS commits to turn 83% of undermined youths abilities into positive development explosive and merging courage to enable sub-region denounces abuse against adolescents, children and women by supporting the most marginalized, mainly those at risk of child marriage and school dropouts. FYMS’ robust theory of change is enshrined in its human rights-based approach to have well-seasoned peer educators, whose labour will float around youths skilling. The organization visualizes jam-packed involvement of youths and children in the management of their own trends of dynamism through establishment of peer support clubs that provide platforms for focuses, progressive interaction and sharing life experiences, developing goals and striving towards achieving them. Institutional capacity tailoring: strengthen the organization in order to handle ever rising challenges facing its growth in terms of resource mobilization, streamlining internal system, managing the volunteer structures and processes. It also involves boosting volunteer efforts and presents sub-regional wide participation. In a bid to harden and sustain FYMS’ leadership for rural girls and women [youths], there will be conscious project to meet this aspiration through;

Ensuring that FYMS members work as a team and are encouraged to voice their concerns without any bureaucratic barrier. Related to this aspect, FYMS members are availed with its documents, the doctrine of Universal declaration of human rights, sustainable development goals, continental and national domestic laws to review and reflect on.

Adapting partnership gears with different organizations or institutions and clinging onto new advocacy emerging issues affecting children, youths and women such as livelihood justice with a focus on land, environment, sexual and reproductive health and rights.

Feminist advocacy inception piloting and capacity building embracing for effective inequality breakthrough in the rural focus communities.

In response to organizational capacity boost, each year at least one volunteer shall get the opportunity to undertake the inclusive advocacy training with credible and well established organization.
